  1. That article is so true. it is so detrimental to just sit and that is what I have to do daily. That is what my job requires. Thank go I am regularly working out, but sometimes I don’t think that is enough. Thank for the great post.

  2. I do about 30 minutes of walking everyday up a pretty big hill. Then the rest of the day goes downhill. It is good to read an article that makes you feel a bit guilty. 😦 Committed now to get up every so often from slouching at the computer. Thanks for reminding us.

  3. I thought from the title that I was going to click on that photo and find out that they were all huddled over extra large bottles of soda/pop. It’s true, though, that new research is showing that constantly sitting is highly detrimental.
